The Brook: Plant Based Kitchen was started in 2016 by Thea and Andy Brook.

As well as a restaurant in Wallington, The Brook provides Vegan Ready Meals in the UK and has a range of frozen products.

These Seafood Cakes are made with banana blossom, seaweed, lemon and herbs with a crispy panko style coating.

They are free from soya, gluten and nuts and a good source of protein.

Buy them directly as part of the ready meals from The Brook or also available at The Vegan Kind Supermarket and other stockists.
