Scoiattolo pasta is made in Italy. The company has created fresh pasta in a vegan-friendly range.
The organic ravioli are made with durum wheat, buckwheat flour and tumeric.
Each one is filled with grilled vegetables including courgettes (zucchini), aubergine and bell peppers.
Also in the range is Scoiattolo Chickpeas & Lentils Organic Ravioli.
Simmer in boiling water for 3 minutes and the ravioli is ready to serve with a pasta sauce of your choice.
