Clearspot is an independent family business based in North Yorkshire and  have been handmaking tofu since 1980 using a traditional Japanese recipe.

Clearspot make their tofu in small handmade batches. Their organic tofu range includes smoked tofu, oriental tofu, marinated tofu, tofu burgers, tofu sausages and more.

These Organic Sea Cakes are made with the original and smoky tofu blended with crispy seaweed.
